TASTE Very powerful and rich, with excellent mouthfeel, velvety, sweet, extremely concentrated and very persistent.

SUGGESTIONS

CONSUMPTION Preferably consume at 17ºC

GASTRONOMY Blue cheeses, Portuguese cheeses such as Serra da Estrela, and dark chocolate.
