From the limestone soils of Burgundy, in the heart of France, emerges Louis Bourgon Grande Réserve Brut Cuvée Rosé, a sparkling wine that celebrates the fresh and refined character of this iconic region. Carefully pressed grapes produce a must that is cooled for 24 hours, initiating the first fermentation at low temperature. Later, in the bottle, the “liqueur de tirage” – a blend of wine, sugar, and selected yeasts – is added, beginning the second fermentation in the traditional champenoise method. This process allows Louis Bourgon Cuvée Rosé to age on fine lees, enriching the sparkling wine with surprising notes of complexity and smoothness.

After a year of resting in the bottle, these lees slowly release their flavors into the wine, imparting fine and persistent bubbles, along with a delicate and balanced structure. Once the meticulous processes of remuage and dégorgement are complete, the “liqueur d'expédition” adds the exact dose of final sweetness that defines its Brut style, with 12 g/L of sugar and an alcohol content of 11.5%.
