Winemaking
Total destemming followed by crushing; fermentation for 6 days in tanks equipped with a refrigeration system and temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Fermentation Temperature - 16 – 28 ºC
Ageing - Twelve months in used French oak barrels.

Aroma Very concentrated on the nose, with notes of wood and stewed red fruits.
Palate Balanced mouth with discreet and smooth tannins, resulting in a harmonious, clean and persistent wine.

Serving
To preserve all its characteristics, this wine has not been filtered or stabilized, so natural sediment may occur. It should be decanted 10 minutes before serving at a temperature of 17 ºC.
